  23 minutes for a coffee? Ridiculous. Thursday, 9:21pm, ordered a coffee through their self order kiosks. Machine gleefully advised my beverage would be brought out to me sincs I entered the number of their little tracker tag thing. 21mins later (tonight I wasn't in a particular rush) I decided maybe I should ask where my coffee was. Turns out they weren't going to bring it out to me "we don't have a host on tonight". Apparently they did call out the order, but with the music playing combined with the beeps and other noises from the machinery how can someone on the other side of the restaurant hear? Sure, they remade it, but I didn't hear an apology. Machine shouldn't be offering delivery to the table if it's not going to happen. Staff should put in more of an effort to find someone if there is no response to their calling out the order (just look for the dude sitting st the table without anything in front of them). Order definitely should have been refunded after this wait (but wasnt).
